Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your e-mail accounts and e-newsletters. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new email account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Also, you can redirect email messages from one email mailbox account to another, activate email filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your mailboxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mailbox accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming email messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and set the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one email account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Simply choose the email account you wish to forward emails from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
