Hepsia's File Manager section allows you to manage the content of your website by means of simple point & click movements. Right-click context menus allow rapid access to various file manipulation options, whereas convenient drag 'n' drop functionality will allow you to upload new files from your PC in no time. You will also find built-in file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to zip and unzip files easily too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your desktop PC. The in-built drag-and-drop functionality will allow you to easily transfer files between your desktop PC and the web server. Just select the file that you would like to upload from your PC and then drag it to your browser window. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your hard disk drive. What's more, you can download files and even folders to your desktop PC by pushing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager user interface, you can create a new file or folder with just one click of the mouse. All action buttons are handily placed above the file/folder list and you can update your files easily. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to a different folder, view the contents of a file or update its permissions, delete a file, and so on.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager GUI, you will be able to archive and extract all types of files. It does work surprisingly fast - simply select the files you want to zip and press the Compress button. You can even select the archive type (.rar, .zip, and so on). It is just as easy to extract files from an archive to a selected folder.
File Editors
With the File Manager user interface, you really do not need any third-party software tools to update your files. There is an image viewer, which permits you to examine the contents of your image files to get an idea of how the images will actually appear on your site. Additionally, you will find an array of integrated file editors, which will grant you total authority over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are meant for more proficient users, whereas the WYSIWYG editor (where you can see all HTML source code changes in real time) is also suitable for non-tech-savvy users.
